I use deodorant every day since I am pretty active, and yes, I do sweat. I just really hate to think about the harmful chemicals/parabens that are lurking inside my usual deodorant. I have always wanted to use a more natural kind of deodorant and was sent two different kinds to review recently.

 My Thoughts
Just the simple fact that this product is natural and free from parabens and other harmful chemicals makes me love it. I have used it several times and love the way that it works. The Island one that I was sent smells lovely and glides right on. Great that it is clear so it doesn't stain any of my shirts. (OMG I hate when that happens!) Another thing that I love about this product is that it doesn't sting if I apply it after shaving. My underarms feel smooth and softer too.
Yes, it does work well for neutralize odors. I don't like sweating, but since I can't stop it from happening, at least I can rest assure that I smell okay when around other people! It works better than many of the traditional deodorants that I used to use, since it neutralizes odors instead of just masking them with an artificial scent.

My Thoughts
Now, this product is a bit different than what I normally would use on my underarms. I have tried a spray in the past, but it was like an aerosol and really irritated my underarms. This one was not the same. It wasn't like an aerosol can. It comes in a little spray bottle and yay---it didn't cause ANY irritation under my arms. It is unscented but it works well to mask a sweaty odor. And it lasts for hours. Nice product.
Also, if you or someone who lives with you has foot odor, you can spray this on your/their feet! I could have definitely used this on some of my past roommate's feet...

I do have to add that if your body is accustomed to you using conventional deodorants, it may take a few days to a couple of weeks for it to adjust to using natural deodorants. What I personally noticed, for the first week, was that I felt a little more sweaty. It must have been since this product helps me to excrete all of those toxins in my body. After those few days, my body did adjust and is now used to both products. I love them both. I like to alternate since some days I feel like having the Island scent and other days I like to wear unscented.
Also, keep in mind that neither of these products are antiperspirants. They will not stop you from sweating. You will still sweat, but there will be no odor.
These products are better for you than conventional deodorants since they are more natural. I know I did my body a favor by making the switch.
